Sales Meeting for a Food Company

Organisation of a sales meeting combined with a motivational incentive trip for the employees of a Danish Food company

REQUEST: The brief was to plan a 4 day incentive trip in a destination offering good weather conditions in the month of January, with the objective of organizing a sales meeting combined with group activities to motivate the team.

We were delighted to offer the island of Gran Canaria.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE EVENT:
- A full-day meeting at the hotel with coffee breaks
- Creative lunch: the hotel Chef grilled the Company’s own sausages in the demonstration kitchen.
- Afternoon meeting followed by an unforgettable dinner in one of the most elegant and important historical sites in the south of the Island, including: welcome drinks of Mojito & Cava,  demonstration cooking with prawns, oysters, Iberian ham cutter and an experimental gastronomic dinner cocktail. The evening included a musical concert in the Manor House’s chapel and DJ music later during the cocktail party.
- Half-day meeting at the hotel with a coffee break and lunch at the hotel
- Afternoon activity: sailing regatta in 3 groups of 10 including competition and awards. On board, beverages and sandwiches.
- Farewell dinner in a Steak restaurant at Playa del Ingles

CHALLENGES: After the site inspection we decided to  change the meeting room for another area of the hotel to hold the Sales Meeting. The client wanted to organize a BBQ on the beach and use their own sausages, but this is not usually permitted on  the island.  We finally succeeded in working with the hotel staff to organize this special lunch in the hotel’s demonstration  cooking buffet with great enjoyment all round. At the very last minute, the client requested to be able  to continue their afternoon meeting in an venue outside the Hotel. We suggested an exclusive Manor House including a Winery, a Chapel, reception halls, meeting rooms, courtyards and spectacular gardens with the most sophisticated gastronomic cocktail and music entertainment.

RESULT: With our partners, we succeeded in making this event memorable, thanks to the choice of the hotel, venues, activities and the gastronomy which is still in their memory. Our capacity to react to the various challenges was appreciated. We managed to combine a sales meeting with pleasant activities offered by one of Enyevent Solutions’ destinations: the restless and beautiful Gran Canaria.
