Cooking Classes

There is no better way to get to the heart of Provence than by learning to create its local specialties, such as the well-known bouillabaisse. The friendly and relaxed environment of the class enables team members to work together in this hands on activity, sharing tasks and learning new cooking methods.

The classes are designed for all levels of difficulty and there is something for everyone from the beginner to the more experienced and adventurous cook.

These cooking classes  begin with a tour of a local market where fresh local produce can be picked up to use as ingredients in the class and tips by an expert guide will be given along the way on how to select the best seasonal produce.

Learn to cook a whole meal or a Provencal appetizer, and enjoy the natural and true cuisine of the Provence together with a glass or two of the famous Cote de Provence rose wine.
