Boat and Wine Tour

Experience the ‘enotourism’ along the banks of the Ebro River and discover, in a pleasant and informal way the traditions and cultures of La Rioja.

Enotourism is much more than wine tasting or visiting wineries. It is knowing its people, its traditions and its culture with wine as a thread which runs throughout.

We propose a unique and exclusive activity for the participants who want to have fun in nature. The activity will begin with the transfer of the group to Cenicero. From there, the group will sail towards  the ‘little beach’ of Finca Valpiedra on the river Ebro. A short and pleasant boat trip where you can appreciate the landscapes and flora and fauna of the riverside and feel the sun on your face…

Then, the local staff will receive us in the winery and offer us a lunch accompanied by a glass of wine before taking a walk through the vineyards.

This walk is the occasion to get up close to the local culture and enjoy the scents of fresh green-apple grapes.

Throughout its history, the wines of La Rioja have continued to evolve and now, there is a rich variety of wine styles produced in the DOC (Denominacion de Origen Calificada). With a large number of wineries and traditional and modern production methods, La Rioja is one of the biggest wine producers in Spain.

If you dream to know the specifics of wine-making and to learn the tricks of ‘oenology’, come with us to discover the exceptional wines of La Rioja, which are a particular feature of the main wine producing village, Haro.

The valley of La Rioja is well known to wine lovers because it is, for many years, the producer of high quality wines. The top wine estates of Haro are on the itinerary today.

This place offers ideal conditions to product wine of quality, in a beautiful environment. Rich in heritage and history, the region provides some great wines to taste, while discovering the diverse landscapes and monuments, walking or for more fun, in a Jeep.
